We know you might have a few questions about what you need to do, where you need to go and more, so here’s how it works:

Please be sure to remember to provide the following items when you come to Celebration to collect your IsaCash:

1. Attend Celebration
2. Find the IsaCash Booth located in the World of Isagenix Exhibit hall
3. Present your Isagenix ID# and government-issued photo ID

Please keep in mind that your name on your Photo ID and the name found on your Isagenix account (i.e. Display name, Recognition name, or Legal Name) must match in order for you to receive your IsaCash.  If your name and Social Security number do not match your Isagenix Account, you will not be able to pick up your IsaCash.

Want to change your Recognition Name? Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your Back Office
2. Select the “My Profile” tab
3. Select “Edit” by “General Information”
4. Fill in your new Recognition Name
5. Save your changes

Just to make sure everything goes smoothly, we have included a few scenarios to help you understand the process:

Scenario A
Situation:  Paul and Sally are married.  Sally’s name is the only name and social security number on their Isagenix account.  Paul goes to pick up their IsaCash.
Outcome: Paul will not be able to pick up the IsaCash because his name and social security number are not on the account.  Only Sally will be able to pick up their cash.
Solution: Add Paul’s name to the account’s Recognition Name before Celebration

Scenario B
Situation:  Paul and Sally are married, but they have different last names.  Both names are their Isagenix account.  Paul’s social security number is the only one on the account. Paul goes to pick up their IsaCash.
Outcome:  Paul will be able to pick up their cash because both of his name and social security number were on the account.

Scenario C
Situation:  Paul and Sally are married and have incorporated their Isagenix Business.  Sally’s name and social security number are the only ones associated with the Isagenix account.  Paul goes to pick up their IsaCash.
Outcome:  Paul will not be able to pick it up, because his name and social security number are not on the account.  Sally will have to go pick it up.
Solution: Add Paul’s name to the account’s Recognition Name before Celebration.

Scenario D
Situation:  Paul and Sally are both listed on the Recognition Name on their Isagenix account, but only Sally’s social security number is listed. Paul tries to pick up their IsaCash
Outcome:  Paul will not be able to pick up the IsaCash, because his social security number is not on the account.
Solution: Sally will have to pick up the IsaCash.

All your work is about to pay off, so be sure to make every second count as you race to the finish line. The final day for IsaDerby and IsaCash is July 24.
