10 Tips to Becoming a Crystal Executive

Just 10 quick tips could set you on the pathway to earning more money and the prestigious title of “Crystal Executive”—are you ready to get recognized and explode your team?

Now, thanks to the Crystal Challenge, if you don’t achieve Crystal Executive within your first six months of enrolling with Isagenix,* you still have another shot at it. Personally enroll 10 new Consultants, grow your team and make your crystal dreams a reality!

Plus, if you become a Crystal Executive by June 30 you can still be recognized on stage at this year’s 2012 “You Future Starts Today” Celebration August 9-12 in Phoenix, Ariz.

So, how are people achieving Crystal Executive? Here are two, newly-minted Crystal Executives’ advice on reaching this prestigious rank.

Antonio’s Story

For 1-Star Golden Circle and Crystal Executive Antonio W., becoming Crystal Executive was always part of the plan so he ambitiously set out to make it happen right away.

“My enroller told me the fastest way to go ‘Crystal’ was to sell the President’s Pak. So, I made a list of contacts and started calling everyone,” shares Antonio of New York. “I think I called 150 people until I got enough people to say ‘yes.’ Then, I showed them the ‘Are You Toxic’ video. In my first week, I personally enrolled 10 new Associates with the President’s Pak.” 

Antonio’s best advice: In order to become the next Crystal Executive, fill out the worksheet  and follow through on your goal. “Target people who have network marketing experience, who are successful in there everyday job but don’t necessarily take care of their health.”

Andrea’s Story

For 1-Star Golden Circle and Crystal Executive Andrea W. the path to “crystal” wasn’t as clear. She was hesitant on how she would personally enroll 10 new Associates in such a short time period. But, after passionately talking about the products and her business, her team started to rapidly grow.

“At first, I reached out to every person who I thought might benefit from the extra money and the business; then, I thought of all the people who would benefit from the product,” says Andrea of California. “After that, the Consultants started coming in. Even now, I still have people becoming Consultants that I didn’t think in a million years would be interested in the business side of Isagenix. It’s amazing!”

Her no-holds-barred attitude helped her to reach Crystal Executive last month.

Andrea’s best advice: “Remember to stay positive and make sure your prospects understand the benefits of the business (becoming a Consultant) and how it can change their life.”

Here’s How to Become the Next Crystal Executive:

  • Join the Crystal Challenge. Log in to your Back Office, select the “My Team” tab, the “My Team Main Page” from the drop down menu and then select the “Go For It” button.
  • Go to IsagenixBusiness.com.  Follow Isagenix Co-Founder Kathy Coover’s “10 Steps to Success” principle.
  • Fill out the worksheet. Identify 10 individuals you feel will help you achieve Crystal Executive.That means helping five new, personally enrolled Associates advance to Paid-As Consultants on your left team and five new, personally enrolled Associates advance to Paid-As Consultants on your right team. All 10 Consultants must be “active” at the same time at least one day out of your Challenge period.
  • Get an accountability partner. Set small achievable goals, ask your partner for support and never give up!
