Did you know that more than 60 percent of monthly orders are from Autoship?

Autoship is a key factor in overall, long-term retention and it’s been an area we’ve been focusing closely on, especially since May when we introduced the standard 10 percent discount for our Autoship members. Now, we’re extending our special monthly promotions to Autoship as well and we wanted to make sure you understood how they work.

Here are the details:
o    Autoship members can only take advantage of a promotion if their Autoship ships during the promotional period. If someone places a promotional item in their Autoship order during the promoted period, but the order does not ship until after the promotion period, the order will not contain the promoted item.

o    Some promotions are simply discounts to the price and BV on packages of one, two or more of a specific product. If an Autoship order already meets the set promotional criteria at the start of the promotional period, we will automatically pass along the discounted price and BV level to the Associate. We would encourage Associates to monitor their Autoship orders to ensure that the adjusted BV level does not impact their minimum 100 BV in order to maintain their “active” status.

o    If an Autoship member adds a discounted item to their basket, the item will remain in their basket after the promotion ends. At the end of the promotion, the price and BV will return to original, pre-promotional levels.

o    A “Hot Deal” is usually a unique product combination, or contains two or more of a specific item and is entered in with a special SKU. At the end of the promotion, this SKU will disappear and not be replaced. We would encourage Associates to monitor their Autoship orders to ensure that the adjusted BV level does not impact their minimum 100 BV in order to maintain their “active” status.

We offer these special promotions to give Associates and new prospects even more incentive to try products that they might not have experienced in the past, while also helping to contribute to growth in overall order baskets (ultimately, commissions!) Please monitor your Autoship order at the end of the promotion period to ensure the total price and BV level meet your needs.
