In just seven years, we’ve opened Isagenix® offices in Australia, Hong Kong and Taiwan and our international corporate staff has the experience to help you take your business global. Sure, the idea of building an international team may sound daunting — especially if you don’t speak Mandarin — but going global is much easier than you think and language doesn’t have to be a barrier to exploding your business. All it takes is a little savvy, a dash of ingenuity and patience and your John Hancock on the dotted line.
You don’t need to hop a flight to Hong Kong or Sydney every week to build your international team. Just follow these easy tips to get the ball rolling:
- Sign On the Dotted Line. Sign your International Sponsorship Agreement, which you can find in the “Orders” section of your Back Office and pay the fee for the market(s) you want to work in.
- Tech Time. Get the right tools to manage your overseas team. Consider investing in technologies so you can work anywhere, any time — think wireless Internet, iChat, Skype or an international cell phone plan.
- Reach Out. Get to know you’re local Isagenix corporate staff. They’ll support your efforts as you begin to grow your international team, so be sure to have their contact information and reach out regularly.
- Commit to Autoship. You must be on Autoship so that you qualify to earn team bonuses on international volume.
- Get Compensated. Understand the compensation plan. You could earn extra cash in addition to your Team Compensation Plan.
